Hand dug clay, Red River, hand built, red slip burnished, pitfired, engraved.
This piece I made in memory of J.C.Dillard that passed away without me ever giving him a piece of my pottery and personally Thanking him for helping me find clay when I first started doing pottery. He was instrumental in me finding some very good clay at the Red River, and launched my career in pottery.
